Hard to know without more information. All of these are typically used for allergic and non-allergic forms of rhinitis and persistent sinus problems. They all have different strengths (ie attributes) and weaknesses (ie negative effects). If effective, all should begin working within 1-2 weeks. Get help from an expert if not improved in that amount of time.
