Here are some...: No test carries 100% accuracy. If tested result is marginal or weak (+) and not correlated well with clinical picture, repeat test for confirmation. No: you can have both. Chlamydia is often asymptomatic. No test is 100% but if it came up positive I would get treated for it to avoid sequella.
