Yes: Unfortunately your kidney function has declined considerably. Please be seen by a nephrologist. You may be getting too much diuretic treatment. You should be on statin, beta blocker, ACE inhibitor and spirinolactone under medical supervision. Limitation of protein intake to 1gm/kg of body weight, limiting salt to 2 gm per day and fluid to no more than 60 ounces a day will be beneficial.
