My 24yr old husband has a painful dent in the center of his forehead right above his nose that is the size of my fingertip he has never had it before?

Dents in the skull: Could come from a tumor or infection, or simply an abnormal growth of the natural sutures that grew together when he was an infant. In this case if it is a new finding, he needs an X-ray series of his skull and/or CT skull window to rule out these pathologies. Please see a healthcare professional immediately to schedule these tests.
