Yes: Enterococcus faecalis: one of the most common bacteria found in chronic bacterial prostatitis and semen cultures. May be associated with recurrent UTIs or asymptomatic, yet have an adverse effect on semen parameters. Ampicillin or Amoxicillin are the drugs of first choice but do not penetrate the prostate as well as fluoroquinolones and TMP-SMX which may be alternatives depending on culture result
