Multiple Drug Rx: The Omeprazole is a ppi to reduce acid; the motillium is a motility enhancer - which presumably helps with nausea and dyspepsia by moving GI contents along faster. The buscopan works opposite to this - it slows down hyper spasmodic bowel, which can alleviate some of the same sx. There are numerous anecdotal reports available that indicate these drugs can be taken together, but speak to your doctor.
