Check a pregnancy: test. If negative, wait a week and check it again. You need at least 2, preferably 3, consecutive negative pregnancy tests before you can be sure that you are not pregnant. If you are not, then go to GYN or family doctor to make sure you do not have a bladder infection or vaginal infection, or kidney stones which can cause severe back pain and polyuria (frequent urination). Good luck.
