Not likely if...: you just ended your cycle, albeit prematurely from your history. I would be worried if you missed your period entirely, not if it only lasted 3 days. I would look at other factors that could affect the cycle, including stress, nutrition, psychological health, seasonal temperature, illnesses, and exercise first.
