Get a better DR: What you describe will heal faster if it drains. Hot soaks may help. If it does not drain on its own, surgical drainage may be indicated. Antibiotic is usually superfluous. If you get these often, and they form draining sores, you may have hidradenitis suppuritiva which is best treated by a dermatologist.
