Nasal congestion: Greetings. It sounds like your symptoms may be related to allergies or sinusitis. I would recommend ibuprofen and Afrin nasal spray. Saline nasal irrigation is also recommended to rid the nasal passages of allergens and thick mucus. Good Luck

Sinus symptoms: If it acute (few days to weeks) could be sinus related I.e allergies or sinusitis. Chronic could be more concerning and may require CT head to determine cause
