Flu vs strep throat: Flu: fever, sore throat, runny nose, headaches, body aches, cough, thick sputum, facial swelling, insomnia, fatigue, malaise. Strep throat: fever, sore throat, runny nose, headaches, body aches, cough, thick sputum, facial swelling, insomnia, fatigue, malaise. Not much difference between those two conditions huh? Guess you may need to get to a doctor to get diagnosed.
