BV? STD? Herpes?: You give mixed symptoms suggesting different problems. Discharge with "foul" odor suggests trichomonas (an STD) or bacterial vaginosis. "Thick" discharge sounds like an STD such as gonorrhea or chlamydia. Vaginal irritation and itching suggest yeast or herpes, and herpes can trigger BV. The main thing is to stop guessing, stop treating yourself with MetroGel, and see a doctor ASAP. Good luck!
