Weakness may mean: anemia from excessive blood loss. I'm not certain what type of IUD you have, but it may not be the right hormonal balance, however locally dispensing, in utero for you if you are having metrorrhagia (excessive bleeding). Please visit your GYN to discuss potential therapy options.
