Not at all but...: Men need iron too but generally get all they need from diet. 65 mg is not a large dose and should have no significant impact. But don't take iron regularly. Iron is a pro-oxidant and excess iron increases risk of heart disease and cancer (and lowering iron stores by donating blood may reduce risk of heart disease and cancer). But I expect no problems from the small amount of iron you took.
