PEG blood in saliva: May be from gastritis/ GERD esophagela irritation . Are you on ranitidine or previcid? (PPI or H2 blockers? . Would call you GI doctor today and let him know, as he may add these medications if you are not on them or may wish to do an EGD and see what is there.
