See a good Internist: Paxil (paroxetine) has many side effects. An ECG will not determine what is causing left arm numbness or your other complaints. You need a full Physical exam and may require an xray or CT of your chest as well as blood work. Perhaps another choice for Paxil (paroxetine), Internist is the best choice.
