Are there any blood tests to see what causes genital lichen sclerosus? my doc did a biopsy. what do they look for?

No blood test: Lichen sclerosis is a biopsy diagnosis not a blood test diagnosis. Generally the pathologist sees atrophic changes of the skin- there is a thinner epidermis with a thicker collagen area and there may be some inflammation. it is more common post menopausally and may respond to topical estrogens. It is a benign condition.
