No gall bladder for 10 yrs. lately having pains in left side under ribs. and pressure wer gb shud b. what cud this b? mri turned up nothing wrong

Could be many things: The GB is on the right under your ribs, so the left sided pain is likely unrelated. If the MRI was normal, I would consider things like acid reflux/gastritis, bruised ribs/muscle pain, etc. Since there are so many possibilities, I'd suggest seeing a primary care doc for further workup. A neg MRI makes an emergency unlikely. Good luck!
