Depression: Given your symptoms, the MRI was not a good test. You also just mention amitriptyline in passing and not stating the underlying diagnosis for that medication which is what I believe to be the underlying diagnosis for your stated symptoms. You are experiencing depression / anxiety or reaction to meds. See your mental health provider.
