Warm compresses: Try to use some sort of warm compress to the area to see if it will drain. If not, go to your doctor or an urgent care for them to drain it and give you antibiotics if needed.

Inner nostril boil: Put some Bacitracin on a Q-tip on the boil inside the nostril twice daily. If it doesn't improve soon, see your physician for treatment with an oral antibiotic if necessary. You may also try sterile saline in your nostril twice daily.
