I'm 10 w2 d pregnant. ultrasound at 7 w3d and baby was healthy and 134bpm. i've found baby's heartbeat today and was 159. hcg levels dropping though?

Hcg: 159 is a very normal heart rate. Hcg levels do eventually drop and plateau around 50, 000 for the remainder of the pregnancy. Usually by this gestational age, if having a miscarriage the cramping and bleeding is fairly significant.
