A doctor has provided 1 answer

Need to see a doctor: You may have low blood sugar that hits about the time when you eat.. which is a sign of diabetes. Or your blood pressure drops when you swallow, which could mean an esophageal spasm/ vagal nerve stimulation or heart problem. Please see a doctor immediately.
