Very low risk: Oral sex is low risk for all STDs, much lower than vaginal or anal sex, and zero risk for some. HIV is transmitted mouth to penis very rarely if ever; a few cases have been susepcted but none have ever been proved. There is a small risk of gonorrhea, NGU, and herpes due to HSV1. If no symptoms (discarhge, sores) within 1-2 weeks, no worries. Or if you remain nervous, see doctor or clinic for exam.
