Not sure but...: Frequent thirst can be a sign of diabetes or thyroid disease as can palpitations. I would suggest seeing your primary physician for some blood work and a holter monitor.

?sleep apnea : Mouth breathing, sleep apnea; but pounding heart is concerning and suspect cardiac cause. Other possibilities are hypoglycemia or nightmares which may be associated with excessive sweating.
