Several options: That general area is home to ovarian cysts, diverticula, ectopic pregnancy, endometriosis. Demoid cyst development. If you have a fever, an infection is possible and should be evaluated. If your pregnancy rest is negative, unlikely ectopic pregnancy but gotta if it doesn't go away in a few days, see your doctor. It won't be fun, but better than the potential consequences.
