Difficult: This can be hard to overcome. Try drinking water after every bite of food and slow down your eating. Avoid eating high carbohydrate loads without protein - this will cause your sugar to plummet which causes hunger. Eat 5 small meals evenly spaced throughout the day instead of 1 or 2 large meals. Eat a 110 - 150 calorie snack at bedtime to shorten fasting time at night
