See doctor: It is hard to tell what you have from the vague description. If you flush easily, this may be from rosacea. Otherwise contact allergy (shampoo, conditioner) may be a potential cause. These lesions are not a part of vit B12 deficiency. You need to check with your doctor to see what can be done.
