Pregnancy Diet: You should eat a well balanced diet with plenty of lean protein, fruits, vegetables, dairy. You do not want to diet unless you are already very overweight and then only with the help of your OB. You are not eating for two but to replenish the nutrients that the baby will be using from you to grow. Normally we would like you to gain 20-30 lbs with a normal pregnancy. Folic Acid and vitamins,
