GI bleeding: Black vomit is usually an indication of bleeding in the upper gastrointestinal tract (usually in the stomach). Blood turns black when it is mixed with the HCl acid in the stomach. Your heavy drinking may have severely irritated the lining of the stomach and caused bleeding. You should really have this evaluated by a medical provider and avoid such heavy binge drinking in the future.
