Slightly above norma: It dpends upon your risk factors to get VT like h/o ischemic heart disease or structural cardiac defects.

Uncertain.: Did you have cardiac testing after that episode? Testing will hopefully tell us why it happened and if you'd be at risk for recurrences. There are medications and modalities to help if needed but testing is needed first.
