How long does it take to build blood volume for someone with hypovolemia (related to orthostatic hypotension)?

Really fast: In an otherwise normal person, it is instantaneous if using IV fluids, and it is really fast if using oral fluids. Of course, the question is why is this happening? The REASON why there is hypovolemia can make a big difference in what to do about it, and how successful the treatments are.
