Circadian rhythms: Our bodies are sensitive to circadian rhythms based on our regular sleep schedule. For example, if you normally wake up at 6am during the week, but want to get a few more hours of sleep on the weekend, you would likely feel better waking up an hour or two later than usual, instead of 5 to 6 hours later.
