Hmmm: You may benefit from high doses of biotin. This can delay and perhaps reverse hair wasting.

Hair loss in 20 yo M: The question is what is the pattern of hair loss? Is it frontal, temporal and vertex like male pattern hair loss? Is there a family history of pattern hair loss? If the hair loss is diffuse from all over the scalp, particularly if all the roots are white, you need an exam by a dermatologist to see if this is another form of hair loss which may be caused by meds, stress, metabolic problems, etc.
