Many disorders: Female with gastrointestinal dysfunction & "fatigue/weakness" needs exam & studies to evaluate several possible organic causes. If there are no specific findings, then functional disorders like Irritable Bowel Syndrome & Fibromyalgia might be considered, and dysautonomia of the autonomic nervous system becomes suspect. See comments.
