My nipples have changed recently and have become a bit disformed and flakey. along with that i have bumps around my breast some which puss. ?

Nipple rashes can be from friction (from shirts, sports equipment like swimming in an inner tube, etc...), eczema, an allergic reaction, etc... Nipple discharges can be from hormonal imbalances, eczema, allergic reactions, infections, medications, etc...
