Autonomic nervous ??: People with hyperhidrosis( profuse sweating) have a disorder of their autonomic nervous system. It may be more of a serious social problem. If you can't control it satisfactorily with antiperspirant there are surgeons who can cut the nerves. Check the web. Good luck.

Comments: Increased sweating of hands and/or feet is called hyperhidrosis, and is an autonomic nervous system variant which seems to run in families. Although it is likely that the increased sweating is mediated by acetylcholine transmission, use of oral meds to block is often challenging, and some of the best outcomes seem to be achieved via use of BOTOX.
