Yes- though...: In general yes, as eggs are among the healthiest of foods and are a great source of complete protein and many other nutrients. However, it's best if the eggs are pastured (from chickens that roam around and eat natural foods) or at least organic. Also, I don't advise eating any food EVERY day.
