Not specific enough: I'm afraid that your symptoms are not specific enough to make a diagnosis over the internet. Most cardiac issues are not related to head movement but sometimes vascular issues are. Musculo skeletal strain is the most likely cause but if the symptoms are new or you are particularly worried about this then it would be worthwhile seeking a medical evaluation as soon as possible.
