Therapy: I believe it's always time to see your therapist when you want to get better and are willing to do something about it. There are many types of therapists who each address their specific area of expertise. Physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, to name a few. In another sense, consider your Family Doc also your therapist as our therapy is to use available resources to help
