Not herpes: These symptoms of herpes or any STD, especially if you don't also have visible blisters or sores. And if the oral contact was with your penis, that's the only place you would get herpes, not the scrotum, anus, etc. This sounds like trivial symptoms or normal body sensations you probably wouldn't notice except for worry about the sexual exposure. Pruritus ani: Sometimes pinworm. Most often fecal soiling aggravated by excessive washing. Avoid scrubbing. Wash in shower with hand only. Whenever it feels itchy or wet or irritated use a small amount of Aveeno (oatmeal) or similar lotion on bathroom paper to clean the area. Apply to clean out inside the anus. Also do this after initial wiping after a bowel movement.
