How was it treated?: How was the miscarriage treated? If you had a surgical D and C then the BHCG should be lower. If you passed the loss naturally or were treated medically then your doctor can evaluate to see if their are retained products of conception inside the cavity of the uterus. Typically the BHCG is tracked over time until it goes back to zero.
