Probably sleep apnea: "Oxygen saturation" refers to how much of the hemoglobin in your blood is carrying oxygen. Ordinarily this runs between 95-100%. A drop down to 22% during sleep is an indication of severe disruption of breathing during sleep (sleep apnea).
