UTI: You've listed yourself as "male" gender so I assume that's incorrect given your recent menses. Cramping, low grade fever & feeling ill may be due to urinary tract infection, which is more commonly comprised of frequent painful urination w/urgency. Regardless, it's best you see your Family Doc for evaluation, diagnosis & treatment. Good luck!
