Not exactly.: Your lips do sag and wrinkle as you age; that's a basic reality. Injecting fillers will conceal at least some of that sagging and wrinkling, temporarily. If you stop getting the filler, and you're no longer concealing the sagging and wrinkling, your lips will look saggy and wrinkly - not because of the injections, but because you're no longer concealing the normal aging process.
