Tests are accurate: Pregnancy tests are very accurate. If worried, one can retest in 7 days, with a home urine pregnancy test. Tests are sold in stores everywhere and are cheap to buy. If there was nothing wrong with the baby fetus, one should be sure to use a reliable form of contraception all of the time, in order to avoid a similar situation in the future.
