More info?: It would help to know the results of your biopsy in order to determine etiology and better guide treatment. Itchy rash could be due to various causes including poorly controlled eczema, chronic urticaria (hives), contact dermatitis, etc. Treatment with corticosteroid ointments usually help improve most rashes, if severe sometimes oral prednisone is required. Talk to doctor for more detail.
