More than one possib: Skin Cancer like Melanoma can show up in these lymph nodes. Soc an cancers arising on the upper face skin and Eyes(conjunctival cancers). Cancer of the lymph glands(called Lymphoma) can also show up in any lymph node areas of the body including pre-auricular nodes.

None: Pre-auricular lymph node often gets enlarged from even minor issues in the scalp, e.g dandruff. There no known association with any cancer.
