Only for yeast: Clotrimazole (and all drugs ending in "azole") are anti-fungal antibiotics. They only work against yeast (candida) and fungal infections. If your vaginal rash is due to yeast, clotrimazole cream probably will help, but it won't work against anything else. Some genital area rashes can be serious, so don't guess. You need to see a doctor or clinic to diagnose the rash. Good luck!
