Side effects?: SugureshS ~ those meds Aspirin, metoprolol, diltiazem, should not have any liver toxic side effects, but if the liver enzymes are elevated and there is no other cause you might consider this and take one drug away at a time to see if LFTs return to normal. Raised LFTS can be caused by chronic heart failure and this may be of significance here ! thanks
