Sebaceous cyst: Small cutaneous cysts most often related to sebaceous cyst with small opening to skin. It can first appear as blackhead but as capsule enlarges potential for bacteria to enter cyst cavity and produce contaminated cyst content. Spontaneous white material is common. Total control can only be accomplished by removing cyst capsule. Drainage alone leads to recurrence
